School Timings

    1.  Pre Primary Classes
      Ny. 9:00 a.m to 1:00 pm.
      KG . 9:00 a.m to 1:00 pm.
    2. Primary ( 1st to 5th Classes :
      9:00 a.m to 2:00 pm.
    3. Secondary & Sen. Secondary Classes
      9:00 a.m to 3:00 pm

Summer Vacation and Winter Vacation according to H.P. Board School regulations.

There is five days week for classes Nursery and K.G. for other classes the School functions from Monday to Saturday. Holidays by H.P. Govt are followed by the school.

VISITING HOURS :

Parents and Guardians are not allowed to walk into the classrooms to consult teachers during the school working hours. They may meet the teachers during Parents-Teacher meeting held as per schedule or in emergency they can meet the teacher with the prior permission of the Principal.

Pre-Primary Section(Ny. and K.G. Class)

*1st Saturday 11:00 a.m to 12:00.pm

Primary Section onwards

*on Satureday 2:00p.m to 3:00p.m

RULES REGARDING PAYMENT OF FEES :

  1.  Fee is payable from 9:30 am. to 1:30 p.m. during all working days.
  2. The fee is payable upto  10th of every month. Thereafter late fee fine @5/- per day will be charged upto 15th of every month.
  3. Rs.20/-per day after 15th of every month and five will be collected in1st week of next month.
  4. Fee and other charges once and paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted. The names of the students will be struck off the rolls who remain for 7 days or more continuously. In case of re-admission full admission fee will be charged.
  5. Fee should deposited in full and in time.

GENERAL RULES :

  • Uniform is mandatory  Neat & Clean and neat disposition is a must for all.
  • Late Comers are not entertained. No early departure is  sanctioned.
  • A students should carry his diary and identity card to the school everyday.
  • Cell Phone and I-Pads are totally banned in school premises.
  • Valuable articles are not to be brought in school.
  • Parents are suggested to meet the Principal on Saturday with prior appointment only.
  • Damaging school property is liable to expulsion of a student from the school.
  • Buying & eating from hawkers outside the school is strictly forbidden.
  • No books other than the text and Library books be brought school.

LEAVE RULES :

  1.  No leave will be granted except in case of illness or for valid reason. All applications for leave must be signed by parents/guardian.
  2. Absentees without applications will have to pay fine.
  3. If a student is absent for more than 7 days without any information his/her name is struck off rolls.
  4. All students are expected to participate in various activities offered by the school. The object of these activities is to develop creativity, organizational abilities and self-confidence and boost up their personalities. Science, Arts & Craft and other subject exhibition are arranged to give new exposure to the creativity of the students.

SCHOOL UNIFORM :

School Uniform is an essential part of discipline, students must were their uniform with pride.

For Ny.&. K.G. Boys & Girls

Summer : 

Girls :   Check Shirt Tunic Dark worsted brown. Socks ; worsted brown with tow strip.(Long up to Knee)

Shoes : dark brown(Velcro) Belt : Light worsted brown plain

Boys : Check Shirt & Pant dark worsted brown

Socks : worsted brown with tow strips. Belt : Light worsted brown plain.

Winter

Upper with hood Dark Maroon

Lower : Dark Maroon

Sweater : Dark Maroon

1st to 5th

For Girls :

Summer :  Check Shirt + Tunic Dark worsted brown

Sock : worsted brown with two strips. (Long upto Knee)

Shoes : dark brown(Velcro)

Belt : Light worsted brown plain

Boys : Check Shirt & Pant dark worsted brown

Shocks : worsted brown with two strips.

Shoes : dark brown (Velcro)

Winter  : 1st to 5th Girls and Boys

Socks : worsted brown
